@Greg Dowdell usually if you come in and say your the new landlord and ask if they will read over the new lease they will sign because they want to stay living there. As long as you don’t throw in anything that’s restricting to their current lifestyle they will sign.

@Sean Mcmahon they would if they were a multi millionaire and could afford every good deal. Also, most agents aren’t investors... think of them like car salesmen.. do all car salesmen also find beat up old cars and fix them to sell?? I doubt it. Agents are going to make more money per time with less hassle then speculating a flip and dealing with the unknowns of a flip.

@Felix Torres don’t worry about building a team. Everyone likes to say that cause it’s sexy. Learn as much as you can start small and grow at your own pace. Once you have too many properties to handle

Start worrying about your “team” teams cost a lot of money. And when you are starting out you don’t want to get caught up in the sexiness. Just be boring and basic and take one small step at a time.

Step 2. Get pre approved

Step 3. Make an offer

Step 4. Sign a bunch of papers

Step 5. Close and go to work

Step 6. Find tenants
