Hello all,

I've been searching this forum for the answer, but everyone has a different opinion. I think this thread would be useful for those like myself.

In your experience, what is the BEST/WORST website you've used for background and credit checks?

I'm looking for the most accurate, cost efficient and quick one.

Thanks

Can you use cozy to run credit and background checks also?

Hi all,

Is there a website that you guys reccomend to do credit and background checks?? If there is a fee to do so, would the tenant pay for it? Do I refund them? Or is it part of the protocol.

What is the minimum credit score you would allow to rent from you? do you actually call their job to confirm they work there?

hi guys,

Does anyone do this? How do I go about setting this up? Is it a good method this is my first rental property

unfortunately, in my area. It's pretty important. All my competitors have them. So how much of a discount should I offer them because I lack these amentities? 5%? 10%?

I have a triplex in the Houston area. I'm renting the two rear homes out and living in the main house. I don't have washer and dryer connections in the rear homes, and can only provide street parking as my driveway is too small and we would have to be moving cars left and right each morning. That's a pain.

Nice. Quick question, why can't I post my own thread? I'm new here but it won't allow me to post my own thread. Just reply to others
