St Joe is a great community! I have STR's in South Haven and can recommend a great realtor if interested. He is very knowledgeable with short term rentals and has contacts for maintenance, cleaning etc

@Mindy Jensen I prefer white towels so they can be bleached. Groupon had an amazing deal last year on towels and bedding. I would check there as well

@Cody Z. I recommend investing in a Channel Manager software to automate your listings and guest communication. There are a number of companies that offer this service/software

@Barry Je I recommend identifying a few area that you would like to visit regularly and then researching the short term rental laws in each place. You’ll want to be certain that you are buying property in an area that allows short term rentals as that’s the most important factor.
