Thank you @Chris Mason I was wondering how they calculate the mortgage amount for a self-employed person. They say they consider net income only, but I was wondering if there is any way we can do gross income or not.

Thank you,

Hello everybody,

I have a simple question that matters a lot to me. When you apply for an FHA loan, what do the lenders look at? Your Gross monthly income (your total income before tax and expenses), or your gross adjusted income (total income before tax but after expenses), or just net income (total income after tax and expenses)?

And is it possible to get an FHA on a foreclosure?

Thank you,

Thank you everybody for your responses. Very very very helpful.

Hello everybody, the question I have in mind is how I can find the areas in which there is still potential to buy properties to flip and sell? What kind of data I need, and where I can find them.

Thank you,

I am wondering for those who are going to buy a property for the first time to flip it, how they can get some money (hard money, or any other loans, etc) to buy and rehab the property, if the amount shown on their tax return is low and may not qualify them.

Thank you,

Hello @Joe Homs, thank you for letting me know about the meeting, and of course I would like to meet you and talk to if I get a chance. How should we arrange the meeting at a Starbucks?

Hello @Account Closed, and thank you for responding to my post. As of right now I am looking for fix and flipping, and buying and holding, but mostly flipping. I am really passionate about this, and trying to find agents, contractors, and lenders in my area which is Orange County. I do appreciate it if there is anything you can help me on.

Thank you,
