What questions would you ask a title company or closing attorney when you want to use them to close wholesaling transaction? 

I've recently been referred to a title company to use them but I don't know what to say to them. I know I need a title company to close my wholesale deals.

I just wanted to know if you could reference me a Real Estae investing attorney in central Florida that knows what they are doing.

If I am a real estate investor and I've never owned a credit card and I want to rent an apartment because I'm tired of living at home. How do I fill out an application to rent/tenant information if I'm not an employee? And how do I show them my proof of funds? 

I have the money for the apartment and monthly rent that's no problem but please help me out here
