i'm in ohio too and haven't had any luck purchasing any.

Some good deals have been coming up at sheriffs sale but not many.

i've done the figures on both and I always come to the conclusion its better to rent. Of course sometimes it is better to sell, just need to look at what you want to accomplish.

If you register a business, u can get lines of credit with just the business name? Not tied to you personally or anything? Couldn't you just open up multiple businesses and get LOC with all of them?

I have almost a dozen homes now and I'm looking at what I should do next.

I'm getting great deals and making great money and I know how to do ALL the work. I'd just like to be able to have more BUYING power, because I always lose deals because I might not have the funds.

Anyway to get a large business loan to buy real estate? 300,000 would be great.

I'm also in Ohio and would really appreciate the name of that place :)

If they don't pay the interest, taxes, and penalties, then you can file a judgment against them for title to the property.
