Thank you for your comment on your trainings with Nick Vertucci. I have been planning on visiting their seminar today in Salt Lake City.

I already work with many local investors, and I have been a property manager for almost 4 years. We also work on our own (company) flips, and wholesales.

Do you think there is any value for someone that has a good level of knowledge and experience already? As someone that has participated first hand, what should I expect from the program?

And the most important question in my opinion; Have you gained enough in assets from your knowledge that you have value to justify the high price tag of "Vertucci"?

David, before you buy a rental talk to people that own in Orem.  There are many that will openly share with you the benefits and challenges that go along with the area.  www.UVREIA.com is a local investment club.  The lunch meetings are free to attend and membership is only $100 a year.

Awesome local speakers, experienced local investors.

I sit on the board of the Salt Lake club, (www.slreia.com) but the Utah club is growing fast and will help you know your numbers and set goals so that you are not walking in blindly.

I have managed rentals for 3 1/2 years, I have bought over 50 investment properties for our small group at MJA Real Estate.
