There is plenty of opportunity in CT. You just need to know where to look and how to buy. Mistakes can be made in any market temperature regardless of economic factors.

I am mainly based out of Fairfield County but I do business in New Haven county as well. If you need an agent that understands the business, metrics and local markets please feel free to reach out at anytime. I have helped many on BP get their start.

Listen to @Craig Bellot

Nothing beats being courageous and taking action. The journey of a million miles begins with a single step.

I have lenders that will loan out at 70 LTV (30%) down as long as you can show stabilization. Rates are in the 6-8% range and require no tax returns or W2s. Great program. It works well for those that cannot qualify for conventional loan products.

If you are ever interested in working with an experienced agent in the multifamily sector based out of the greater Bridgeport area please feel free to reach out at anytime.
