I definitely don't delete them, I was just curious if there was anything a little "extra" I could/should do, or if it's really even worth the time or effort.

I hope this hasn't been posted before, but I'm just curious what others are doing (or what I should be doing) with hang-up leads?

I used to cold call them back with very little success, and I'm getting quite a bit lately so thought I'd better address it again.

Thanks!

I've been predominantly wholesaling in Raleigh and the surrounding areas since 2006, I'd love to connect.  Shoot me a private message.

Hey @Jack Nguyen, I've been wholesaling in the Raleigh area since 2005.  I don't have anything at the moment that fits your requirements, but I'd love to talk to see how I could help.

Hey Terrance,

Lots of good advice here but it sounds line you're just not sure what to say or how to structure the deal if you get one.

Shoot me a DM, I'd be happy to help.   I've been in the Raleigh market since 2006, and have recently helped a few people on here through their first deals.

All the Best,

  Merrick

Hey All,

Just curious what apps you guys can't live without?  For instance, when you are away from your computer and you get a hot lead that you need to research real quick.  Or, any remodeling apps or CRM tools that help you manage the day-to-day on your phone.

Regarding checking comps specifically, I usually use Zillow if I need a quick snapshot of the neighborhood (no not the "Zestimate", but just to look at comps), but I think that's fubar with the most recent update.  Check out these two screenshots, one with the desktop and one with the mobile app, exact same address, exact same filter criteria, very different results.

lol wished I'd seen this earlier.  Yeah, Wake county doesn't record # of bedrooms 99% of the time, so good job with that fix.  :-)

LoL I'm not really up for that, but I'd be happy to help in any way I can, or point you in the right direction, and would definitely be willing to co-wholesale.  Shoot me a PM.
