Additionally, I began to invest in Real Estate because I wanted a way to hopefully retire early and have the means to send my children to college. It has been good to me and I look forward to meeting many of you and discussing Real Estate!

I would suggest purchasing some books online or visiting your local book store. You can get the same information that the expensive courses give you much cheaper. I have also created a web-site if you would like to take a look at how to get started and what to look out for.

The first property I purchased was an owner financing deal with $5000 down from a cash advance o my credit card. I don't think I would go that route again but it got my feet wet!

I have been an investor for about 13 years and have purchased several properties. I have created a small book www.lulu.com/reinvesting I love the business and wanted to share the ups and downs that I have ran into in the business as I am sure many of you have run into. Too many people start out thinking they are going to become instant millionaires and we all no this isn't the case!
