I know you are already in college however I education is the key to succeeding. You may get a whole lot of advice but what you want it facts. When I started in real estate I took online classes and even though I am successful I still am with the school and continuing to take classes to keep up with change in the business. You may want to look into that.

I work with a network of investors across the country and also the school for investors I attend teach us different exit strategies that really don't consist of using agents and most of the investors don't use agents. In our training using agents is good for finding properties.

Post: Do you know Scott Rowe?

I know Scott Rowe personally and is on his Renatus Team. You shouldn't Read forums that consist of people who never been with the company but people who are actually with the company. If you look at the BBB rating and Real Life people with the company you would see nothing but good things. Tons of people can speak on opinions and have something negative to say when they have never experienced something. What about the people who actually have. We have tons of success stories. So before you make a decision you should talk to people who actually are with the company.

I have read the Comments and Your Concern, You really have not has anyone that is actually with the company to respond. The research on companies is goo however many people would take the time to say something negative than nice. I am a Renatus investor and Marketer. I have purchased the education and have learned more than any program I have ever bought. My husband and I have quit our jobs and currently do this full time. I could show you personal facebook pages of some of my team members and mentors that made this happen if you are really looking for proof. BTW Its no where near MLM if you really understand what MLM is. The IMA program is receiving a profit for selling a product it is not mandatory to sign other individuals up to get that same profit. Actually you dont make any money for just signing an IMA up.  Love to talk to you more.

A Renatus Investor in the flesh.

thank you Chris for your response. Where exactly do I post deals like this because the numbers are completely accurate and could love to assign it to someone else and have other homes with similar number and am looking to move fast on them.

I have looked into flipping it to someone else, the problem I'm running into is finding the person to flip it to

I am looking to do my first flip in NC and have a source for wholesale properties. And a great agent that has a buyers list of military families.

The home is $28,000 3bd/1.5bth potentially can be a 3/2 with adjustments to move the w/d connections out 1/2 bth.  comps are for 90,000 and  repairs are 20,000... I want to know since I can't turn to hard money what are my other options
