With Lubbock starting to explode with new developments, it's easy to see why with it's ever growing population as well as being home to Texas Tech University and 2 major hospitals (University Medical Center & Covanent Medical Center). Lubbock is also one of the strongest appreciating markets in the state (bonus!!)
