@Tarn Brar Congrats on the deal!

Would be great to see before and after pics once the deal is done, if you have them.

Thanks for sharing!

@Luis Valles I've added wholesaling mobile homes to my business, if you're interested.

Feel free to DM with any questions. Hope that helps!

@Crystal Schmitz Those I've known to go this route have worked with private lenders in the past for their deals on a smaller scale. Other options include owner financing and working with partners.

Hope that helps!

@Jose Vasquez Dickson You may want to reach out to a few mobile home dealerships in the area. In the past, I've found them to be good sources of referrals when it comes to real estate agent who specialize in working with sellers with land as well as mobile homes.

Hope that helps!

@Barb Knowles If you're just starting out, you may want to build up more cash before you start buying and holding if funds are low. If you can find other mobile home investors to work with in your area, you may want to start out by finding deals for other investors and getting paid as a bird dog or wholesaler.

Personally, I started out as a buy and hold mobile home investor back in 2007. Now, I've added wholesaling mobile homes to my business which is another way to build up cash as an investor.

Overall, mobile home investing has been profitable and has paid off. Though, it does have its ups and downs like any other niche in real estate investing.

Feel free to DM with any questions. Hope that helps!

@Arthur Vivero Great to hear, congrats! You may want to circulate the deal with your local investor club. Also, other investors in the area doing business in mobile home parks and out on land.

Usually, you can find them through talking to mobile home park managers and local mobile home dealerships.

Hope that helps. Good luck!

@Dominic Richardson It can definitely work depending on the numbers and the market. If you have more figures on the numbers and pictures of the work to be done, it may help everyone here to assess the deal.

Hope that helps!
