I've also wanted to challenge that idea but doing the interior trim a linen color vs the standard white.  When I did a test on a living room and invited a number of people for an opinion the white was universal across the board liked by all.  BUT the linen was liked by only the women.  I stuck with the white for the trim but someday I will do the linen trim.

Sorry to veer off a bit ...

George, I`m actually doing now a Fussion Blanc vanity. Have you seen that yet?

White is always more airy, and brightens up the room. that being said, most of my landlord customers stay away from light colored cabinet on their rentals. The darker colors hide dirt better.

Manuel,

Where in south jersey?

What type of work so you need, a full contractor, or just a handyman?

Otherwise use JSI Cabinets "Salem" with Laminate tops

@george you are correct the Shaker Linen is beautiful. Have you checked out the Galaxy Frost? In my opinion so much nicer, but they have a temporary delayed turn around time, althoughalth slowly improving.

I would recommend putting a refrigerator panel on the left side of the fridge to help support the weight of the 24" deep cabinet above.

As a local kitchen cabinet wholesaler in NJ, I always advise landlords to pay a little more for plywood cabinets, they don't get as waterlogged etc. For tenants that don't care, the cabinets will definitely last longer.

Most of my customers also don't request for RTA anymore, they would rather have the product delivered, installed and be out without wasting time. The price for assembly, is minimal, and having it done in the shop properly verse on a job site can not be compared.
