Any one used/worked with Flipping on Demand company out of LA ? They claim to be a full time RE company that will buy and rehab properties for their investors.

Garrett Bailey these days are gone for now unless another real estate correction happens ( which I think is coming) I have 13 SFH in Cincinnati that I rent and I can definitely see the difference in the price I paid in 2015 and what I am paying now

11 SFH that bring in a gross yearly income of $150k. They are all bought with cash. My plan is to add 2-3 or more every year

Congrats I have a house on Rockdale and it is not a desirable area for students although it it close to Xavier
