Hello everyone!

Anyone recommend any contractors that you've worked with in Temple/Belton.

I don't have a property at the moment , I am still overseas, but my plan is to house hack a multifamily, I am pretty sure the property will need work so I'm trying to have already a few people I can work with, if that makes sense.

Also any agents in the area that work with investors?

Thanks!

Found a property i saw on Zillow that's for sale. The property is a duplex here in Lewisville Tx & definitely needs work. I haven't made an offer yet simply because i have no money(to buy or fix it) and not the best credit. I'm also assuming the house is by agent and I'll definitely fail their screening test. What are some ways i can acquire this property? I'm looking to rent it out. Thanks

Should I Just Go Ahead And Mail Them?

I Mean They Are Out Of State

So They Must Have Some Type Of Motivation

Thanks

I Just Bought A New Listsource List So I Can Send Yellow Letters To

I Targeted Absentee Owners

Out Of State

With Last Market Dates From 1980-2002

I Decided To Look Up A Few Of The Adresses In The List To Get An Idea Of What I Will Be Looking At

It Seems Most Of These Are Like  Really Really Nice Properties

& So I Had Thought The Properties Would Be At Least A Little Run Down

It Looks Like It Would Be Really Tought To Get Any Kind Of Discount Here

Anyone Here Wholesale Houses Like These That Have Absoulutely No Problem

I Dont Mind MakingAnother List

If That Would Be Better,What Kind Of List Should I Make To Find Motivated Sellers?

Hope My Questions Make Sense πŸ‘¨πŸ½

Thanks
