I asked a lady that lived across and she said they were foreclosed.

I was walking around a neighborhoodneighborhood in my city

Not a bad one. Nice enough to live comfortably.

But i saw many houses that are vacant and that need complete renovation in and out.

What are some strategies I could use to profit from these with no money.
