Why are most of the so called mentors from Utah, all the same format, "Look how much money you will make, how much credit do you have? How much $$ do you have, get ready to sign up and pay $10,000+ and at the end, no deal.

If I could have the perfect mentor, this is how I would structure it:

Help the student through questions and answers on negotiating the deal from start to finish, no money up front, mentor/student gets paid at the COE. Period. Yes, I have learned soooo much from BP, so many pod casts, videos, books, but a mentor will help evaluate a deal to make sure the numbers make sense, assist with the rehab project, answer the calls and emails, display compassion, patience and kindness. Create a win win for mentor/student. Is there anyone like this out there? Credibility? Honesty? Integrity? With years of experience?

Can you provide any insight on buying a cheap lot or tear down property, to put a manufacturer home, customizing it to beautiful:)  I see many for sale New Orleans East, along flooded areas, etc. Thanks much in advance. Mona O

Hello from Nevada. A few of us are interested in buying land in New Orleans/Kenner, prefer utilities in order to install double wide manufactured homes. Anyone to assist in laws, regs, deals, info, areas, would be greatly appreciated. Mona O

Most title companies will provide information on the home owner if you have an address.
