I am looking for a few good agents for house sales. We have two developments that we are looking to fill this year. Our developments are pockets developments with small houses that give buyers ownership at an affordable level. Do you have a good understanding of the Austin market? How much house selling experience do you have for a new market segment?

Is selling granny flats/ADU's a good business? It appears that ADU code has been lightened and many still want to own.
