Hey!

There's a few things I have: Flour, sugar, eggs, toilet paper, meat and honestly, with everything going on. We have enough to live on for a few months in case anything happens. We also are blessed and have the space for that. :)

I'd recommend anything related to thing you can make... flour, sugar etc. Hope this helps!

Hi guys!

I purchase homes around the indy area and I'm wondering how you guys find rents. Do you look on zillow? Pay for something like rentometer? Just want to make sure I'm staying consistent but also have the best bang for my buck if I purchase anything.

Thank you!

I totally agree with you're saying but I also think I'm a "rookie investor". I won't ever know to do something like that unless I work with seasoned investors, as well as new properties to be able to learn.

The time is always now, it's all we've got :)

Try hard money, OPM, or partnering with someone that has that on paper. DSCR loan may work as well :)

I love traveling & I'm a marriott gal so I have the marriott business card! :) I didn't like the chase ink because rewards weren't as good.
