@Account Closed they kill  Reo/as-is deals that are not cash. Which means that with pos you would need additional $ in escrow prior to title transfer (unless seller is taking care of it)

@Ian Kurela getting a sponsored broker before you start may help as they have discounts on classes. You can do full time in 3+ weeks or nights/weekends. As of  April Ohio allows online classes. Once classes are done you will need to apply for exam Andy could take a couple o weeks. Figure 6+ weeks if done full time. Hope that helps.

@Martin Vehlow Could help with some comps. I've seen SFR rents as high as 1250 in Cleveland heights.
