Eric Jacobs Cureently, I been seeing 10 plus unit range from $700k plus. I think in order to make a great monthly cash flow I want to be in the range of 700k to 2million. Eric Jacobs welcome sir. As a title company and lawyer, I assume you come across potentially great deals daily. I would be honored to discuss potential partnering on deals in the near future. My current investment strategy is to fix (minimal if any) apartment complex, hold, then focus on fix and flipping. This strategy creates positive cash flow as my flips take time to rehab and sale. I saw recent a post, you wrote in regards to Business Lines of Credit institutions. At your earliest I would be honored to learn more about your programs and how I can qualify. A small back story, initially I would like to use business lines of credit to purchase one or two units (triplex) then hold these to rent to tenants for cash flow. Then use the remaining and or available lines to start flipping properties monthly. Thank you for your time.

Don, Thank you for the full detail feedback. I would like to say that I will be using a business entity as the guarantor. I have s business that has revenue of $500k annually for the past 3 years, with supporting docs. Currently, I do not have any deals under contract. I am simply trying to ensure the best funding opts for myself thus I can pull the trigger on a deal or two in the coming weeks once I make the decision on which. South Florida market is one of the top performing markets in the country. Great deals only last on the MLS for 30mins and gone. I will go to your website and go from there. Take care. Regards,

Hello, I'm also in the south Florida market. In the 5 years I been in real estate I typically focused on turnkey rentals. Now with the market being up and down the real returns come with flips thus that's my main focus now. Unfortunately, my struggle is capital and finding deals with my desirable returns.
