Yeah, I was looking for investors but couldn't find a trace of one... unless they have totally different tactics up here for advertising and marketing... which obviously arent working if I couldnt find them while looking for them!!! Thanks Brian

we actually started out looking for a lease option, but could not find a single one!!! Which I'm not sure if that's  good for my future here or bad... so we had to settle on a lil 2 bedroom apartment, however right around the corner from our apartment is what appears to be a vacant house...  I cant seem to get in touch with the owner to inquire about it tho :/

Hey all, I was awoken today by my fiancée as she was super excited to tell me we'll be moving to Charlottesville soon. She has been offered a way better job than what she has here in Lynchburg, so I figured why the heck not I'm down to support her career goals!! I know very little about the Charlottesville area and market, hope to find some good connections up there and help the community!!! Also, we will be looking for a house to rent (pet friendly) if any one knows of or has any rentals!!! Take care and God Bless!!

pshhhh what does he know... He's probably a gamecock fan... Don't let him get to you man, my great aunt made literally million by investing in the Columbia and Greenville area!!! Just wish I could have gotten her advice and maybe some of that money before she passed
