Yes ma'am Albany, Ny is a great place to invest. Taxes are a bit high and the schools aren't anything to write home about. Albany and surrounding areas can be a lucrative  investment. Google comprehensive marketing analysis and find current pdf. Hope this helps.

Good afternoon. I received a 30 minute free consultation from Mr. Marcus Maloney. I follow this gentleman on his YouTube channel Equity King. Mr. Maloney was down to earth, professional and thoughtful throughout our conversation.  Not a sales pitch at all from Mr. Maloney.  Just helping out a newbie investor with a few questions on probate, marketing and cold call closings.  I really appreciate it and one I'll be able to return the favor or pay it forward. Have a wonderful day.

I myself went down to surrogates court in Albany,Ny and sat down. i asked the clerk how to find open probate cases and he led the way. He pretty much spoon fed me with a list of 100+ names and i had to type in file number and that was that. I knew nothing starting out but now if I return  I'm a tad bit wiser. Like anything else ask and ye shall receive.

I'm a newbie with 0 deals and I know bandit signs are effective.
I happened to find this through a guy named Marcus Maloni the equity king on YouTube.

Good morning.  I walked a property Sunday and gave an offer Wednesday.  Although our numbers didn't meet in the middle I'd like to help this guy out. It's in Saratoga Springs,  N.Y. on the lake and down from the track and Racino in opposite directions.  The house is beat but location is pristine. I want to be able to have the capital if I seen this I'd level home and build new on lot. One of my goals as to why I'm working at this. Just some thoughts.  Have a great weekend.
