Hi Ming, I, too was a lurker on BP for many months, (love that description!).  Read haphazardly as I continued with my buy n hold properties, and ready to re-intro myself into flipping.  Best to you and your commitment to RE investing!

Thank you all for your kind welcomes. I did buy the J Scott's books...and am reading THE BOOK ON FLIPPING HOUSES now.  Flipping is such a different animal than B 'n H!! I am so fortunate to have truly great mgt. and a husband who does the maintenance on my bldgs.  Couldn't do it without my team!!  I don't know what my niche will be yet, but that's what I'm here for.  I will be exploring that further in the coming weeks and months.

Ciao for now!!

Hi, I am new to BP, and new to flipping, though I have done a couple with partners.  I have been almost exclusively buy 'n hold multi family in Silicon Valley for 20 years.  I'm so looking forward to joining in the discussions, and learning more about the world of flipping, and other topics.  I would love to hear from BP folks near and far!

Have you been to any of the peer to peer lending sites such as Lending Club, etc?  They do personal loans up to 35k.  Interest rate is based on credit score, etc.  Max. 3 years, but no prepay.
