I built a sizable real estate portfolio cash flowing about 5100 a month. I want to know if anyone in here ever cashed in their IRA/401k's--- took the penalty and invested in real estate cash flow?

Why would it not work if I become a renter to the LLC? Show the same profit & loss as I do my other LLc's. Example, I would show rent at 1500 per month I write from personal to the Llc.

I have a mortgage on my home with 500k in Rental property equity. My idea is to place my peesonal property under an LLC and lease my property to myself and any mortgage I pay or maintenance, including utilities can become tax deductible.

Can anyone tell me the pros and cons?

What term are you getting on a BRRRR property when you refinance to pull money out?

If it's under an LLC. I was told to unclaim the deed back to my name before getting a mortgage. Then put it back to LLC.....what??

@Aaron K. Thanks Aaron. Hey I am curious, if I was to personally guarantee the loan, do I still get the LLC liability protection? That is the main reason I am doing this....to pay off my home mortgage.

We have a rental company with a duplex and 2 SFR's. Cashflowing 4420/month with 440k in equity.

I need to find a 30 year loan for 220k on my LLC. I could swallow this on our duplex that's worth 260k

Can anyone on here help me find a 30 year for a less than 5%interest rate...Excellent credit.
