@Joshua Dorkin thank you. As I am a newbie myself, I find the presentation very helpful. I would also like to take the time to say that I greatly appreciate the help. So far, the beginner's guide and all of the forums are such a HUGE wealth of information. I find myself overly excited and slightly overwhelmed so I really love that I have somewhere where I can ask questions and know that I will get selfless, honest answers. Thank you BP community!
Thank you Andrew I definitely appreciate your response and help!
Thank you so much to everyone who replied. I am so excited but clueless about RE at the same time. I really do appreciate the resources and the information that everyone has provided. I think I will start off with the books and this website as suggested!
Hello. I am new to the site and 100% new to real estate as well. I really have no idea where to start. Firstly, I have already graduated from college with a degree in business management. At that time I didn't really know that I was this interested in real estate. So, my question is where should I start? I live in Colorado and would be doing real estate here. Does anyone know the best courses to take? And at what schools? Are there any good programs that I can take online (while working and still taking care of my family)? Right now I think I would be mostly interested in just renting properties and flipping houses. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
