Hello. I am new to the site and 100% new to real estate as well. I really have no idea where to start. Firstly, I have already graduated from college with a degree in business management. At that time I didn't really know that I was this interested in real estate. So, my question is where should I start? I live in Colorado and would be doing real estate here. Does anyone know the best courses to take? And at what schools? Are there any good programs that I can take online (while working and still taking care of my family)? Right now I think I would be mostly interested in just renting properties and flipping houses. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to BP!! You don't need to take any RE courses. Absolutely everything you need to learn about RE is already on this website. When I started, I had zero RE experience and I learned everything on this website.

Spend a little bit of time here and network with other investors and in a short amount of time you will have enough knowledge and information to make a smart, informed decision.

In theory, RE is not very complicated. You buy a house, fix up and either sell or rent. Learn the details involved in each of these steps here and you will do great.
