I am currently in the process of looking for my first investment property.  I was told that its never too early to start looking for quality contractors and a good handyman for repairs and whatnot. If anyone knows some good ones let me know.

Is anyone familiar with the company StrongBrook and the "Game Plan" they provide for real estate investing????? Is it legitimate or skeptical?

Hello Im Mitch. Very new to investing! Still in the very beginning stage of getting off of the ground. I have a little experience with rental property because my parents own some. I think I narrowed my niche down to wholesaling and owning multifamily units. At least that is where I would like to start. Right now I just want to gain as much knowledge as possible to build to right foundation moving forward. Open to any advice, potential mentorship, meet ups in the Atlanta area, or important insight.

Hi Mandy T. reading your post it looks as if we are in the 'same boat'. I am very new to real estate investing as well. I want to start renting out property and collecting rent! (haha my parents have property as well and they'd often send me to collect rent) But eventually I want to move into commercial real estate/ developing. I had to reach out to yo because I feel as though its in my blood as well.
