@kyle K: would like to hear how you finalize on this. I had a similar offer and was thinking about lending but waiting for some expert advice on this.

I was talking to a family friend regarding opportunities for buying either a multi-family/commercial real estate as he was already into it. He unexpectedly asked me if I would like to lend him for his other small business. I am debating whether i should or not and if yes, what terms and interest rate should I ask. Any suggestions or input would be of great help.

Hi, I just googled my name after joining BP and my name showed up with a link to the profile. I am just concerned if it would show up when a prospective employer searches and that could negatively affect any prospects. Did anybody face such situation and how can we avoid it.
