What I'm asking is , do you make it yourself, or do you have to purchase it from a place somewhere? Can i have some examples of assignment of contract's?

How do I keep assignment fee disclosed from Investor? Let's say 150,000 house, i mark it down to 40k, and i want to sell to investor for 75k, how can I do this without him changing his mind about closing the deal, it's still a win non the less for everybody.

I've watched videos, and read how you basically want to put it together, and what you would need. but how exactly would it look like? I'm not understanding how long it would have to be, or what you would need to have in this written agreement. Any help please?
