Oh, and post the eviction notice before midnight. Your state should have a site to indicate how to do that. This is squatting, so might be more complicated but every day matters. Also, when you post, leave a note to them saying they will have to reveal an eviction process on rental application (if they are going to rent). GET THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS and their place of employment asap.

FILE eviction immediately. Begin today if possible. Get any information on the sellers you can, i.e. social security number, etc. File complaint on your realtor.

If you don't mind saying, what did you pay to do the gas and electric meters?

SO PROUD of Colorado for helping to lead the way. The other day the pollution was so bad in the city it looked just like New Dehli in January. Shocking.

It is not hard to do this, it just takes the will. Homes that are adequately sealed, along with electric heat and solar panels if needed are NOT HARD. The comments here show a significant lack of understanding of what a net zero build out would look like.

This is FABULOUS news for our city and earth.
Very interesting topic. The areas where cash flow was king and no appreciation for 20 years are hit hard by the rising prices. The narrowing potential income with little hope of appreciation due to large swaths of developable land surrounding it will likely impede investments there. A few years ago where a solid 11% cap was not uncommon are gone and the cap rates now seem prohibitive. Areas where appreciation is king will benefit. Thoughts?
I've had an agent do that, withhold an offer from me, the seller, so he could negotiate a higher fee for himself, both ends of the deal. I found out because the buyers really wanted the property and did some legwork to find me, asking why a full price offer had been denied. That person is no longer a realtor.

"My housing plan will give a $15,000 tax credit to first-time home-buyers, expand affordable housing, and reverse President Trump’s efforts to gut fair housing enforcement.

We're going to remove the barriers to homeownership that hold back too many Americans of color."
