I know this thread is old but any possibility of sharing the system and the VA name on Fiverr ?

Looking for a recommendation on Phoenix rehab contractor that can do estimates for fire damage, adding square footage and most importantly experience in pulling city permits in Phoenix.    I'm not looking to utilize this person for any work just want to verify my estimates before preparing the house for a wholesale.

I value people's time and will pay for the contractor's time for providing me a ball park estimate.  I know how to estimate however need that experienced/seasoned local licensed rehabber that works with Investors.
