About 3k plusy time would be another 3500$... I have 3 condos now I can buy like that, the guy had a car accident and he wants about 169k for own your own. Repairs around 3-5k I guess... similar deal... just need more investors to close on them!

Can visit this Sunday July 30 between 2-4 pm. Tenant there at $1950 a month on a monthly basis. :-) HOA are so low for big 2/1ba condo OYO with 850 sq. Ft. Good for rentals now! No fix and flipper. Already fixed and decorated... pictures are really nice but never able to post them here... why is that???

SAVE $19k-34k on this one!!!
Will be all new carpet in bedroom and living roo too, per HOA request (less noise), before my closing, seller is taking care of everything... few more days, closing is postponed on June 26th!
