Keeping it short

I want to know what the best multi-family RE book to buy to grow faster. All and any opinions are greatly appreciated

Thank you,

@Jayden Hamilton

What are you defining as stress? What’s causing you stress?

@Brandon Rush

I do this only when I’m on vacation or don’t have phone access for a period of time. I’ll make a list of all vendors and their contact info and give them to the tenant . I trust my vendors. I call on them for enough work that they usually know what to charge me for. I’m a distance RE investor. So they’re my boots on the ground. This trust didn’t come over night though.

@Rod Hanks

No option? Please explain

@Jennifer Donley

Thanks for your input. I’m glad to hear that the neediness tends to go away. Can really become a headache

@Jennifer Donley

No I can’t? Do I have to renew after lease expires though?

@Brian Ploszay

That’s very fair

@Brian Ploszay

I increased this tenants rent and she paid deposit and prorated month right on time. So far so good. I will say they do come a cross as a bit needy. Not sure how to handle that. I mean I could be up front and inform them that I don’t need to know about every little thing. Not sure if evicting anyone because they’re too needy is a thing.

@Chelsea Meyer

That is pricey but that’s the market right now. McKinney is a great city…up and coming. Looking into investing there God willing

@Daniel Carty

Agent should help. Visit the county tax assessors site.
