Anyone who lives in my house without my permission is an intruder. NO question about that. I was a tenant in US for 15 years. Not even once I let myself think I can do anything unlawful in my landlord´s house. People work hard to gain something and I have no right to use it inappropriately. The same for us. we worked for 15 years to have this house...

Hello, we rented our house to a coupe claiming they only had a cat. but now our neighbors are telling me they have a little dog. I by no means allow dogs in my house for so many reasons. I am just very confused and very angry. I dont know how to approach this problem. I had to turn down many requests and much higher offers for my rental because they had dogs. now these intruders brought a dog without my permission. what should I do? please help

Ok. I was preparing online lease agreement for my first tenant, and made a mistake. I meant to set a small late fee to be charged per day, but instead it was set the small late fee to be charged per month if they dont pay the rent on time. We signed the agreement and I figured my mistake a few days later. Now I am worried that they may not pay on time because of this cheesy mistake. The tenant is a good one with a very high credit score, but I feel I should have set my boundaries properly. Please let me know your recommendations how I might be able to partially fix it. thanks
