Conor Hesch, I am so thankful for your wonderful step by step explanations. This stage pf planning is/has so far teach both my husband and I to be little intimidating than we expected. But, we are both serious and willing to learn al of our options before we end up getting involved with a deal/deals that we are not 100% careful and comfortable with. My name is Naima Farah. I am 24 years old from the great State of Minnesota. Although my day time passion is helping people as Community Social Worker, I spend majority of my free time learning dreaming about becoming a successful Real Estate Investor.
