Everyone need to read this article.  Inslee cannot enforce the mandates because as he admitted in court they are only suggestions.  He is suppose to make a public announcement as to this however it has not been done.
EVERYONE PLEASE READ THE ARTICLE. QUIT BEING SHEEP LEAD TO THE SLAUGHTER. USE THE MASK IF YOU WANT IT IS YOUR CHOICE.  READ THE ARTICLE.

@ Richard Miller  Rockwell Institute is the best one that I know of and it is all on line.  However I think you will still have to do your state exam  at a site.  However I do not know that for sure since all of this other BS has happened.  The best thing you could do would be to call Rockwell to check with them.  They would know since they help write the State exam.  Be sure you do the cram tests with the course and you will not have any problem passing the State.  What RE office are you going to hang your license when you are licensed?  Good luck.

What county is it in? Counties in Eastern Washington have a lot less restrictions than the ones in Western Washington.

And yes I agree with Joe, contact your county planning and building department. And be sure do ask a lot of questions like what, why, and can it be changed.

Please let us know what the outcome is.

@ John Boyd  I believe it states if you manage "other peoples" properties you need a license.  I believe you can manage your own properties with out a license.

I think the first thing I would want to know is if there was any kind of contracts or paperwork stating as to who was responsible for what amount of repairs and maintenance? I would also want to know which property the septic was located on and exactly where the drain fields lay? I would also check with the city planner to see if the septic ever did need to be replaced if you could go ahead and replace it or is it in an area where they have a sewer system that you would be required to hook into due to the new codes not back when the septic was installed? This is where your agreement or contract with the sharing party would come into play as to who was going to pay for what amount of the work that has to be done plus supplies. Could get to be a stinking situation.

Just a thought and good luck. Keep us updated.

@Curtis Bidwell  Do the association's post when, where, and what time to be in Olympia for these meetings.  I would show up for some of them if I knew when they were scheduled however it seems I only hear about him after it's done and over. Thank you for all that you do we really appreciate it.
