Hey I just talked with them a few hours ago as well and I am hesitant as well. Looking for someone that has used them. They are putting loan in my entity and they haven’t said how to give them the loan fees and origination but I am sure they would want me to wire it so I was looking for some one that can speak on this. I used another company in the past and had to wire fees first like appraisal and due diligence fees they said and it turned out fine.

@Alvaro Diaz hello, I am also looking to start wholesaling so I will connect with you. I have done some real estate deals but new to wholesaling, I went back and forth with this for years but I decided now I will try it. I heard good things and bad things. Good luck. Maybe we can pass along good reads or advice!

@David Rebuck it is a constant problem, we had to use the one hook towel racks and place in the stud. Although now they have the adhesive that you can use and it holds a lot of weight.

I'm a FNP in Georgia, I have one rental property. I live, eat, sleep real estate since I was about 12 yrs old. I have held back the last few years busy with school and kids. But I am in my career and currently looking for my next deal. Not sure if I want to flip or hold and rent. I don't have much money to start so I'm not sure which avenue to take first. Any help or advice is much appreciated.
