Brick home in Shelbyville KY ARV of $143k
The current owner of this home was in the middle of a flip and then lost their job so wants to sell. New roof, new windows, new electrical panel, and new insulation, this home is down to the studs. 2nd bathroom has been framed in but the plumbing hasn't been completed. The back room is an addition to the original home. The slab of which has sunken a little.
Owner is selling all purchased supplies with the home. Around $7,000 worth of supplies.
Seller is super motivated so don't hesitate to call for more information. To view photos click here
This property is not listed on the MLS, but I am a licensed realtor in the state of KY, and have ownership interest in the property.

Great Airbnb opportunity in Louisville KY. 1005 E Liberty st, Louisville KY, 40204. In an ideal spot for an Airbnb. Close to the Highlands and Nulu but not in a neighborhood that has lots of restrictions in regards to short term rentals. In a safe up and coming area.
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Beautifully Renovated with a designers eye. Small yard with deck. $190k asking price.
Homes in these areas rent for thousands on derby weekend. Plus see strong rentals throughout the year.
Message me for pictures.

Freddie I have a flip coming on the east side of Phoenix hill. Walking distance to Bardstown. Close to everything 3 bed 2 bath. It would make an amazing Airbnb. I’ve actually thought about Airbnbing it myself but I need to get my capital out. We are selling it for $190k. Pm me if you want details.

I’m a full time realtor/investor here in Louisville. I’ve got a lot of friends who do pretty well in 40215 and 40219. You can still find a solid deal there once and awhile.

I know this guy. He specializes in turn key. Buys most of his homes at the Louisville commissioners auction fixes them up and then puts tenants in them.

I used to live in Etown, now I'm up in Louisville. When I was there I wasn't able to find any groups. But there may be some now.

Ali! I suggest looking in Etown. We have a rental there. It's a unique market, out renters have all been military. The houses are cheep and the BAH (basic housing allowance) is really high for the area. I don't show houses in Etown but let me know if you need any help up here!

I talked to the neighbors. They said some guy in his 70's comes and mows the property a couple times each summer. He is not friendly to them at all. I am 100% sure he is not listed as one of the owners. I have a feeling something shady is going on, like she is dead and he is collecting her dividends and SS. Should I report this to anyone?

Property taxes have been paid. I found a living niece, going to try calling her.
