Thank you everyone! I did join a bunch of groups on Facebook but there are very few if any meetups at all.
I've found some past meetups in the BG meetups, just hoping to see them in the future too. Thinking if it would be worth to set up an informal investor meetup myself?

Hi everyone! I'm starting my my way into real estate investing. I'm doing my education (reading, listening, researching) right now and getting ready to buy my first property for house hacking. Are there any groups or meetups in Houston, TX or surrounding areas where I can physically meet people with expertise in my area to share our knowledge?
