@Rob Ko it kinda of depends on what side of Evanston. One side is becoming more developed and people are investing, and buying and flipping homes and the other side it kind of depends on the street. I showed a home over the weekend in Evanston that was obviously flipped, it was closer to Desales side where there is a lot of development going on. So moral of the story depends on where in Evanston you looking.

@Rob Ko, to answer your question those two places are good areas, but you might want to look at Walnut hills, Pleasant Ridge, or some parts of Norwood that are closer to Oakley. If you need any assistance finding anything you can PM me.

Hi Yuji, Cincinnati is a great place to find investment properties. I have an investor looking at properties here now. If you need assistance with any properties here you can PM me. There are a lot of up and coming areas also that are tax abated and a lot of people are already flipping homes in those areas. But some work may need to be done to the homes.
