@John Warren hi John sorry for the delayed response. That makes sense. My only question would be how would I get FHA loan if I would already be owning a property? I believe Im on the right track of what you’re saying just clarifying. Nate

Hi @John Warren I appreciate the response. If I went the conventional loan route wouldn't I still be paying PMI? What is the difference doing a conventional FIRST and then doing a FHA ?
