Hi there! I’m doing customer research for a new platform that would help landlords and property managers automate their communication with tenants and perspective tenants using new to world chat technology. I have a set of questions that will help me target what features to focus on in the initial iteration of the product and I'd love your answers. Feel free to answer the questions directly in the thread or DM me them if you feel more comfortable with that. For anyone that does answer, I will provide an early access code to test the product for a limited time when the first version is ready. Thanks for your time!
- How many properties do you own or manage? What is your role in the management of these properties?
- How often do you receive inbound messages regarding your rental properties from tenants or perspective tenants?
- What is your current process for responding to these messages?
- How much time do you currently spend responding to inbound messages?
- How important is the promptness of your response? What about the tone of your response?
- Would you be interested in using a platform that generates responses to inbound questions? If so, what data should this program take into account about your properties, leases, etc. when answering questions?
- How much would you be willing to pay for a platform that helps you automate 25% of your messages? 50%? 100%?
FYI this is resolved now, ended up finding a great tenant. Thanks for the feedback.

Custom email per rental, gmail is free. Non-emergency requests/questions by email only.
VOIP number like Google voice (free also) for emergencies only to keep business and personal separate.

No, actually shot on my iPhone 12 and then virtually staged! With the compression that platforms like Zillow run over the photos, my feeling is that virtual staging goes further than a professional shoot.
