I am going to my first auction to observe this week but I wanted to do some research on properties being auctioned that day before I got there. Are there any public searches you can do to find out if there is a liens on a property? What are the best ways to find out if properties have liens on them? Thanks!

I made a profile a few years ago, have listened to podcasts but, never got active in forums. I just got my license to sell real estate and am looking to move into selling full time. I also am interested in multi family properties and will be purchasing one within the next 4 months!
