That’s awesome, great for you! I live in Lenexa, a suburb of KC, and am currently looking for my first rental property. What made you settle on KC? I mean I love living here, just wondering as an outsider what drew you to KC?

What is the one thing you know now that you wish you knew on your first investment? Or what is one mistake you made that you wish you hadn’t on your first investment?

@Austin Fruechting What percent of your tenants are military? Do you offer discounts for military? I have family in and around the Lansing/Leavenworth area so I’ve been starting to look in those areas
