Jake,how many short sales has haberrcc done for you? What is the fee they charge? Are you getting the profits you expected on your deals?

I have been on webinars and researched other information given by several short sale "gurus" who make it sound fairly easy to find these properties for only 50-60 cents on the dollar.

I wanted to know how realistic this is,and what those of you who have completed deals are really paying for a short sale property.

To be honest I haven't narrowed down what a good niche might be for me.The little knowledge I have is related to self storage and mobile home parks,but I'd like to learn about all types of property.

I'm Tom Kirchner.I'm just learning about commercial real estate.I have taken one home study course and been all over the internet trying to soak up information.I'm interested in learning more with the help of some very knowledgeable people like yourselves.

My main goal is to work with commercial properties.Mainly to buy undervalued or under performing properties at a discount and resell for a large profit.
