Some of us that live in the coral springs, coconut creek, fort Lauderdale area are looking to meet up this Wednesday evening. Starting up a small group of investors to meet and chat REI. The link below is the forum thread we have going right now.

Wow, I feel like a bum after seeing your schedule @Yaroslav Golubev.  If anything maybe we all make it to Delray meet up on Saturday and figure it out.

Michael, you are already on the right track.  Good job sir.  My advise to anyone usually is:

1. Start early as possible.  You have that down by far.

2. Learn, read, talk to others, research.  Again, you are already on the right path.

Keep doing what your doing.  Awesome to see someone at your age taking steps so early on in this type of field.  Good for you.  Can't wait to see some of your posts years from now about all your adventures and success.

Please send me details I'm currently looking in the Cleveland area to pick up some more properties.  Doing a rehab currently in Lyndhurst.  Do you have a mailing campaign I can sign up for when you have deals to offer?

How about Wednesday (8/30/17) evening 7:30.  Promenade at Coconut Creek. 

There is a Starbucks and World of Beer.  

I prefer WOB, I'm not much of a coffee drinker.

Gentlemen,

Robert and I live in North Broward there is a town center called Promenade with restaurants we could meet up.  There is also Funky Budha near Oakland and Dixie if you all want something in the middle location wise and enjoy some Beer and Business.

Only one at this point I don't have the contact info for is Austin perhaps he'll jump in as well.  If one of you guys can tag him it would be helpfull for some reason it won't bring his name up. 

Seems as though you all are heading up to Delray this Saturday.  I'll try to make that one.  In the meantime would you all like to set something up for next week?  Depending on where we meet will dictate the time for me but I'm available any night, except Monday, after 6:30 PM.
