So I'll put up a site, but in looking in the forums alot of people say "internet marketing" as one of their marketing vehicles. What does that entail? When I think of interner marketing, I think of email blasts, facebook and things of that nature.
Thanks
Thanks Andrew, the course I took didnt really get into wholesaling REO's so I wasn't sure if this was feasible. I'll call the numbers on the houses and see what type of deal I can get.

Kim, thanks! I guess that's along the same line as moonfruit.com. I'll definitely check it out and see what I can put together.
Thanks!
Is it possible to wholesale REO's? There are 3 that I've located and apparently in speaking with the neighbors they've been vacant for 2-3 years. The average value of the homes in that area range from 120k-150k, so I'm not sure if these would be worth wholesaling.
Thanks!
There are a few For Lease signs in my area and I was wondering if it would be worth calling the numbers on the signs. I have hesitation because most of the signs are by property management groups and I'm not too sure if they would be willing to give up the owners info.
Thanks for any input on the subject.

Thanks, that's a good idea. Never thought about Blogs as an avenue to show inventory.

I'm just starting out wholesaling and wanted to know if I truly need a website right out the gate. I have my bandit signs (200), and a list of absintee owners I will be sending yellow letters to, so I really dont have the budget to get a site created right away.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any input.
