We have been looking at the Indianapolis market for a buy and hold rental property and have started researching some of the turnkey providers and wholesalers. Does anyone have any experiences they can share on wholesalers or turnkey companies in Indianapolis?

We are just starting out and have it in our minds that we want to keep the investment property finances separate from our personal finances. However, we can figure out how to get a loan to business loan/mortgage for our investment properties. I have our own HELOC on our house but aren't thrilled with the idea of racking up 100k on it. Is this a pipe dream and should we just suck it up and purchas on our personal HELOC? Any and all advice appreciated!

Where you able to pay cash for the investment property and then get the HELOC in that property or did you get a HELOC on your primary residence?

We are interested in hearing more about those rates as well because we are in the exact same boat as @Hilary.
